A: Zire Photography & Graphics is a full-service photography company specializing in people and event photography. Zire Photography is owned and operated by Tyrone Z. McCants, a Photo op and Commercial photographer with a varied background in the graphic and photography industries. Although our particular specialty is people and event photography, we pride ourselves on our versatility and flexibility. Zire Photography's broad capabilities and diverse range of style have allowed us to provide for a wide array of clientèle, ranging from private individuals to organizations. Recent assignments include actor/model portfolios, campaign & direct mail, product, family portraits, live music event, corporate portraits, and wedding celebrations.
We have always been a visual society, but image has become more important in this day and age. Sometimes words aren't even needed. We have reached a point where we are, literally, saying 1,000 words with just one Picture, Image, Photo or Video. With the use of images, photos, video, and other visual media in our online marketing,we have a greater chance of reaching more people with our message. As a professional, in order to leverage this opportunity for more exposure, you need to have a great photograph.
This means that you need a professional photographer, someone who spends his time crafting quality images and conveying your messages that will drive traffic to your websites, products and services.. With my photographs, they will see your confidence, they will see your experience.
The first step is getting to know you, what is important to you, what is important to your clients. We’ll go over technical details, location information, color schemes and clothing selection as well.
In addition to my photography services, we also offer graphic design services. These services include postcards, business cards and brochures, designing fliers and invitations and photo editing services.
We view each assignment as an opportunity to create something new and creative, and we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with clientèle to define and achieve the desired look and feeling for the shoot. We believe strongly that it is results that keep our clients happy.

A: Yes, it is important to meet, communicate and get familiar with each other, so when the day of our shoot, you can be that much more relaxed and comfortable to take pictures in your most natural light.

A: Tyrone Z. McCants is the Owner and Service Manager of Zire Photography and Graphics. The Award Winning photographer is a New York native, McCants began his career as a part-time freelance photographer in 2004 documenting people, culture, music, and the performing arts. Learn more about him here.

Q: Do you do in-studio or on-location photo sessions?
A; Both. It can be done in any atmosphere you feel will make the image its best for what you want. i work with a number of studios. we also have portable equipment and lighting, we are capable of bringing the photo session to you.

A: Yes, we do
Q: Do you work with stylist and make-up artist?
A: Yes, we can assist you in finding a stylist, make-up and hair stylists for your photo shoot.
Q: What are your photographic styles?
A: I enjoy shooting in various styles; traditional, black & whites, candid, photo-journalistic, natural light, abstract and studio.
Q: Do you do retouching?
A: Yes we do. We are proficient in Photoshop and Lightroom to make your images look its best. We can also offer graphic design and photo manipulation options to give your images additional creative flare.
Q: What type of camera do you use?
A: I primarily shoot with a Canon 5D Mark IV and a Canon 60d along with a variety of professional canon lenses.
Q: Are you easy to work with?
A: Yes, I have been told to be a patient photographer. whether we are working with children or adults that a bit shy in front of the camera, our aim is to capture you in the energy you want for your photograph and to make it as memorable as possible.
Q: What are your prices?
A: All sessions are unique and completely customizable. Rates vary depending on the complexity of the shoot and the number of final images that will be produced.
Some Photography Sessions / Projects require a $200 or a 25% retainer which reserves your date and is credited toward your session fee.

We do offer a number a collections and packages for some services. We also offer various investment options for print and products, personal use, royalty free, managed-rights and commercial usage rights.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25%.
Make sure you get enough rest the day before. Don't stay up too late or wake up too early. You should look and feel well rested.
Clothing and Accessories:
Bring extra looks. It is better to have a variety than to be stuck with a couple of pieces. 5 to 10 pieces.
Hair and Make-up:
For Hair, I would recommend doing it yourself. More than likely on your audition will do it yourself as well. You should look like your headshots when you arrive on auditions.

On the day of the shoot, I’ll usually take 5 minutes to half hour to set up, we’ll shoot until I have the look and shot that I want, usually 15-30 minutes, and I’ll make sure your pleased with what we have done.
We will invite you back to the studio 10-14 business days after your shoot to preview your edited images and place your product order.

We have an array of prints and sizes, and many product options like custom style memory books, calendars, greeting cards, wall art that come ready to hang on your wall as soon as it arrives. We also offer easy onsite downloading and image licensing options and USBs are also available.
Art Print sizes are approximate based on the image or format. We measure the long edge and then adjust the shorter side depends on the subject display of the image. Some images can be made to fit specific sizes as per the client's request. If you have any specific customization requests, please feel free to contact us.
All images are printed on demand, so please expect a slight delay before your print is shipped. Orders placed while Zire is on assignment, you will be contacted to let you know that your Fine Art Print by Zire will be delayed longer than two weeks. Tyrone Z. McCants has personally reviews and preps all images for Fine Art Product production. Our fine art products are printed on Epson Premium Photo Metallic paper, using archival EPSON Ultrachrome inks. Tyrone Z. McCants signs the print with an silver acid-free pen.

Your image gets printed onto one of our premium canvases and then stretched on a wooden frame of 1.5" x 1.5" stretcher bars (gallery wrap) or 5/8" x 5/8" stretcher bars (museum wrap). Your canvas print will be delivered to you "ready to hang" with pre-attached hanging wire, mounting hooks, and nails.

Proofing and Online Gallery
Proofing galleries are usually open for 14 days. Your remaining images will be placed on a tearsheet along with your selected edited images in web resolution stamped and unstamped.
If you feel you will need additional time, or if you want to look back, show friends, family members, casting directors, or want to select additional shots for retouching later, and I can create a private proofing galleries are available for a fee of $100 for 21 days, $75 for 14 days, and $50 for a week.
Processing and Shipping: Due to heavy demand, some orders may take up to 10 business days.
Preview Session is usually scheduled two weeks after your session, you can look at them and choose which ones suit you well. I’ll tell you which one I think is best too.
You’ll make final selections, and then I’ll retouch the photographs. Once you approve of what we have accomplished and I’ll provide a link for you to download the retouched high resolution image in color and black and white, images sized specifically for social media sites and files to match any other necessary specifications that you might have.

Fine Art Prints and Album - Design/processing/shipping takes about 7-10 business days after you make your product selections.
Free Shipping within the United States. Additional charges for international orders.
Post processing, basic editing, and standard ground shipping included for all orders shipping within the Continental United States. However, prices do not include sales tax for orders shipping within Phoenix.
Please note that there is a premium charge for rushed production and expedited delivery.
We recommend you schedule your session at least four weeks before you need your product.
Rescheduling, Refunds & Returns

While great effort is taken to ensure consistency through the printing process, some variations in saturation, luminosity, and hue are to be expected. Prints are guaranteed to be free of production errors and shipping damage such as tears, faulty ink coverage, and streaks. If your prints are found to be damaged in production or by shipping we will work with you to quickly supply replacement prints. If you believe your prints have arrived damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org a description of the damage, a photograph of the damaged print and a photograph of any damage to the shipping crate or box. Please retain the prints and shipping materials as they may need to be returned.
