What is the difference between Corporate Event Coverage and Half-Day Documentation?
Corporate Event Coverage prioritizes polished communications, recap imagery, leadership, networking, branding, and commercial use. Half-Day Documentation places greater attention on the complete environment, process, relationships, and visual record surrounding a program or milestone.
Can you provide same-day photographs?
Same-day selects or sneak peeks may be added when arranged before the event. The number of images, delivery time, editing level, and additional fee are confirmed in advance.
Can the project include interviews or short video?
Yes. Interviews, oral histories, audio recordings, short-form documentary video, social clips, transcripts, written stories, and recap articles may be added to eligible projects.
Do you photograph sensitive or private community programs?
Yes, when appropriate access, consent, privacy expectations, participant protections, usage terms, and institutional responsibilities are established before production.
Who owns the photographs?
Copyright generally remains with ZPG unless a separate transfer or buyout is negotiated. Clients receive usage rights defined by the selected package and project agreement.
