Production times are estimates and may vary.

5. LIMITED EDITIONS AND SMALL-BATCH PRODUCTS

Certain products may be released as:

Once a limited product sells out or a collection closes, we may not reproduce or restock it.

11. FINE ART PRINTS AND WALL ART

Fine art prints, framed prints, acrylic prints, canvas wall art, and similar products may vary slightly from digital previews.

Variation may occur because of:

  • Display calibration

Limited-edition work may include separate edition terms, certificates of authenticity, or licensing restrictions.

Photography, portrait, branding, AI portrait, design, and other creative services may be subject to additional:

  • Service agreements

  • Booking policies

  • Deposits

  • Retainers

  • Licensing terms

  • Usage rights

  • Rescheduling policies

  • Cancellation terms

  • Delivery schedules

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls the specific project in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.

13. AI-ASSISTED CREATIVE SERVICES

Some ZPG services may incorporate artificial intelligence as part of the creative process.

AI-assisted services may include:

  • AI portraits

  • Character concepts

  • Concept artwork

  • Visual-development materials

  • Mockups

  • Creative ideation

AI-assisted output can include natural variations and may not replicate every physical characteristic, garment detail, texture, or reference with absolute precision.

Final deliverables and permitted uses are governed by the applicable service description or written agreement.

14. CLIENT-PROVIDED MATERIALS

If you submit photographs, logos, artwork, text, trademarks, names, designs, or other material for a custom project, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions for us to use those materials for the requested work.

You remain responsible for materials you provide.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all original content associated with Zire Photography and Graphics is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Photography

  • Artwork

  • Graphics

  • Product patterns

  • Apparel designs

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Written content

  • Videos

  • Layouts

  • Illustrations

  • Product photography

  • Collection names

  • Promotional material

Purchasing a physical product does not grant the buyer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

No reproduction, resale of designs, commercial copying, licensing, or derivative commercial use is permitted without written authorization.

16. TWIHHP AND CANVAS ART PRODUCTS

TWIHHP Originals and Canvas Art Products by Zire Graphics are creative product lines associated with Zire Photography and Graphics.

Products carrying cultural, archival, documentary, or artistic themes remain subject to our intellectual-property rights and applicable third-party rights.

17. WHOLESALE AND RESELLING

Retail purchases do not automatically authorize wholesale resale.

Businesses interested in carrying our products must obtain approval through our wholesale program.

Wholesale purchases may be governed by separate terms addressing:
