Every place keeps a record.
Various Places holds photographs where location is the subject: the shape of the land, the scale of the sky, the rhythm of a city, the architecture of public life, and the way light changes an environment after sundown.
People may pass through these frames. They are not always the reason the frame exists. The place is.
This collection also follows the spaces where culture is presented: stages, festival grounds, performance venues, and public environments that become part of the story.
